Congratulations on receiving your membership card to The Marine Shop's ("TMS") official discounted program.
The Marine Shop is committed to storing your personal information in a secure and confidential manner in accordance with all applicable law and will not distribute your information to any third parties unless required by law to do so.
However, The Marine Shop would like to advise you from time to time about special offers, news and promotions.
The Marine Shop reserves the right to alter, suspend, cancel or discontinue the Discount Program without notice. A copy of the current terms and conditions governing the Discount Program is available at The Marine Shop's premises upon request. The Marine Shop may also cancel any one or more memberships to the Discount Program at any time at its own discretion without notice.
The Discount Program is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
You will not be entitled to any discounts or other benefits under the Discount Program if you have any outstanding amounts due and payable to The Marine Shop.
Membership of the Discount Program is not transferable.
Membership expires in two years from the date of issue. Upon expiry, please contact The Marine Shop about renewing membership.
